  • After making a purchase, all content and wording for the E-book Design must be sent to hello@vsbykeykey.com.

    The subject line of the email should be: (ORDER NUMBER) EBOOK.

    All information should be ready and typed out before purchasing. Screenshots are not accepted.

    High-quality images should be submitted to ensure the best flyer design.

    The timeframe for the design starts when all the required information is received via email.

  • The initial flyer draft will be delivered within 7 business days.

    The mentioned timeframe does not include the time taken for revisions.

    The custom e-book/planner design includes 3 free revisions, which can be changes in font, color, or placement.

    There's a limit of 3 free revisions. Any additional revisions beyond that will cost $25 each.

    Each additional revision will require an extra 3-4 business days.

    The provided timeframes do not include holidays and weekends.
